A CONTAINER OF WHIPPED BUTTER PACKETS WAS FOUND IN A REACH IN COOLER AT THE FRONT AREA AT 45-46F. PER FOOD EMPLOYEE, THESE WERE OUT FOR 4 HOURS THIS MORNING, AND THEN PLACED BACK IN THE COOLER. FOOD EMPLOYEE CORRECTED BY DISCARDING THE WHIPPED BUTTER. A TRAY OF COLD SLICED TOMATOES WERE FOUND ON THE COLD LINE AT 44F-47F. THESE HAD BEEN PLACED ON THE LINE ~ 15-20 MINUTES PRIOR. FROST BUILD-UP NOTED ON THE COLD LINE. FOOD EMPLOYEE PLACED THE TOMATOES ON A TEMPORARY TIME CONTROL POLICY TO BE DISCARDED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF BEING REMOVED FROM TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
